Town of Ridgeway is seeking to fill the position of Assessment Clerk, Full Time

The Assessment Clerk performs complex clerical work in the assessor’s office. Responsibilities include maintaining assessment records, answering public inquiries, compiling information for reviews and reports, recording decisions, and evaluating exemptions.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to work accurately, communicate effectively, and utilize office practices including Microsoft Office. Civil Service testing is required for permanent hiring. Preference will be given to residents of the Towns of Ridgeway and Shelby.

$17.00-$18.00/hr. (based on experience)
